You can communicate with the AI in your preferred language. By default, the AI learning assistant uses the language currently selected in your profile.

However, you can also submit questions and answers in another language.

Your inputs are not permanently stored by our AI and are not used to train AI models. Your request are just stored at our database for your personal use at our EU based servers. Personal and sensitive information, such as email addresses, IBANs, or similar details, is automatically masked before processing and is not transmitted to the AI model in its original form.

Nevertheless, do not enter confidential, personal, or business-critical information unless this is expressly permitted. Before submitting any information, check that its use complies with your company’s data protection requirements and internal AI policies.

To the extent permitted by law, Espresso Tutorials accepts no liability for violations resulting from unauthorized inputs or from the unchecked use of AI-generated content.

You receive a fixed allowance of AI requests each month. The number of available requests per user depends on your subscription:

• Silver: 10 AI requests per month
• Gold: 50 AI requests per month
• Platinum: 100 AI requests per month

At the beginning of each new billing month, the full allowance included in your subscription becomes available again.

AI requests include, for example, messages submitted to the chatbot and the AI-powered generation of flashcards or quiz questions. If you require additional requests, paid add-on packages can be purchased.

Yes, it is possible to connect our Espressi AI to systems such as SAP Joule, Langdock, and others via the MCP server and agents.

With the Platinum plan, corporate customers receive a monthly allowance of 100 AI requests for each user.

Corporate customers have the option to integrate their own PDF content. Corporate users of the learning platform can then choose whether to use only Espresso Tutorials content, their own content, or both as the data source for answering questions with AI.

The customer's own content is stored completely separately from Espresso Tutorials' content in a private customer-owned Vector Store. The customer can delete the Vector Store and all integrated content at any time.
