Reviews on our website can only be posted by customers with a registered user account, and only for products that they have specifically purchased from us or to which they have access. The ability to submit a review is therefore only activated after a purchase has been made and can only be submitted via our et.training learning platform when logged in.
Verification
Every incoming review is screened and verified. The content of the review is analyzed for logical inconsistencies and other anomalies.
In addition, we randomly check individual comments that have not been pre-filtered by other means, according to the same standards.
If anomalies are identified during the verification processes, our team carries out a detailed manual investigation of each case and checks for plausibility.
The plausibility check takes into account the customer's overall behavior, as well as the content and metadata (e.g., IP address, device ID, date) relating to the review. We check whether there is a temporal and spatial relationship between the purchase and the review, and whether there are any inconsistencies in the review's content. This enables us to investigate whether the reviewer has genuinely used the product.
