Anschließend zeigen wir anhand eines praktischen Beispielprozesses, wie diese Funktion im Kundenauftrag eingesetzt wird. Im zweiten Video werden die verschiedenen Anpassungsmöglichkeiten und Konfigurationsaktivitäten, das sogenannte Customizing, ausführlich erläutert.

Die Einführung fand ich gut, es werden die beiden Varianten der buchungskreisübergreifenden Abwicklung erklärt, die es bereits in R/3 gab und die jetzt auch wieder in S/4 zur Verfügung stehen. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass die Ausführungen Crosscompany Prozess unter Verwendung des Fiori Launchpads gezeigt werden. Das Backend dann nur als Mittel zur Anzeige der Grundeinstellungen und der wichtigsten Tabelleneinträge. Im S/4 oder auch in der Cloud Umgebung bewegen wir uns zukünftig auf dem Fiori Launchpad. Noch eine Ergänzung zur Vollautomatisierung; mit der Einführung von Crosscompany, Classic oder Advanced ist eine Vollautomatisierung noch lange nicht erfüllt. Dazu müssen Stammdaten wie Effizienz und Stabilität in den Prozessen als Grundvoraussetzung vorhanden sein. M.Prizio

Das Video klärt die beiden klassischen Cross Company Abwicklungen, welche es bereits im R/3 gab und nun auch wieder im S/4 verfügbar sind. Der Prozess wird dann in einem S/4 System unter Verwendung von Transaktionen, nicht Fiori Apps, durchgespielt. Schade. Seit S/4 HANA 2022 gibt es zwei neue Cross Company Prozesse: Advanced Intercompany Sales und Advanced Intercompany Stock Transfer, welche ein noch größeres Maß an Automatisierung und Integration erlauben. Ich hätte erwartet, dass eben genau diese Prozesse gezeigt werden, wenn man schon "in S/4 HANA" in den Titel seines Videos schreibt. Natürlich auch unter Verwendung von Fiori Apps. Würde mich über eines neues Video sehr freuen. :-)
