Das Video zeigt, wie Sie in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Buchungen auf ein Investitionsprojekt mit Abrechnung auf eine „Anlage im Bau” (AiB) vornehmen. Jede Buchung auf das Projekt erfolgt mit der seit Release 25/08 ganz neuen Form der vorgangsbezogenen Abrechnung.

Birgit Oettinger von der SAP stellt Ihnen zunächst die erforderlichen Stammdaten vor und erläutert die Unterschiede zur periodischen Abrechnung. Sie begleiten sie durch den Abrechnungspozess, erfahren Details zum Herkunftsreporting in der Anlagenbuchhaltung und zur Konfiguration.

Bei der Endabrechnung auf die fertige Anlage werden die Einzelposteninformationen der ursprünglichen Projektbuchungen beibehalten, auch wenn für die Abrechnung pauschale Prozentsätze (z. B. 80 % für die Anlage und 20 % für die Kostenstelle) verwendet werden.
