Nach dem Besuch des Seminars „SAP Grundlagen und Navigation GUI für SAP S/4HANA“ kennen die Teilnehmer die grundlegende Bedienung und Navigation im SAP-System über die klassische SAP GUI und verstehen deren Rolle als Benutzeroberfläche für den Zugriff auf SAP-Anwendungen. SAP Graphical User Interface ermöglicht dabei den Zugriff auf Funktionen und Transaktionen eines SAP-Systems über einen Desktop-Client.
Die Teilnehmer lernen den Aufbau des SAP-Bildschirms, wichtige Navigationsmöglichkeiten sowie Menüs, Felder und Funktionen kennen. Sie verstehen, wie sie sich im System anmelden, Transaktionen ausführen, Informationen aufrufen und grundlegende Einstellungen vornehmen.
Darüber hinaus erhalten sie einen Überblick über Systemstruktur, Organisationsdaten und grundlegende SAP-Konzepte und lernen, wie persönliche Einstellungen, Parameter und Layoutvarianten angepasst werden können, um effizient im System zu arbeiten.
Nach dem Seminar können die Teilnehmer sich sicher im SAP-System über die SAP GUI bewegen, grundlegende Funktionen nutzen und typische Aufgaben im System selbstständig ausführen.
