I am with SAP since 2007 and always in the area of SAP security and Governance, Risk and Compliance. Most people ask why I am in SAP security as this is a field where you cannot make too much friends... in one way that is true, it is a topic of nagging and reminding about the to-dos.

But I see it more as a challenge, what can be secured, where do we need to look and which possibilities has an attacker regarding the SAP systems of our customers. And keep in mind an attacker is more often internal than external... so the standard reply: "SAP systems can only be accessed internally" doesn't really play the trick.

So my goal is to make the SAP systems of our customers more secure, for them and also for SAP.
